Remember the other time I mentioned that I was supposed to go on a fruit diet with Gerri? Of cos, we broke that diet plan. After the temptation by our mates during break time, we decided to eat with them. HAHA! That's bad ...
So i've decided to go on a diet again myself after looking at the pictures taken a year ago and the recent pictures taken during the Sentosa trip with the guys. Yucks! The contrast is like .. WHAO! big difference la.
Breakfast - Bread with any fillings / breakfast bar with a cup of milo
Recess - Just a packet of drink. Plain water will be the best :)
Lunch - I'll just skip it.
Dinner - My French toast with cheese / my favourite instant mushroom soup
I gonna stick to this till Os are over despite the fact that i'll eat more on some days. Yani's birthday is coming. We'll be going to cartel or something. So on the day itself, this diet plan will be ignored! OOPPPPPSSSS!!
My target weight - 45kg. GIVE IT TO ME ! :)
